As a transplant from New York, raised in Central Florida, and having traveled to multiple states across this beautiful country, I can confidently say there is no other place I'd rather call home than Florida!
I believe that your home is your sanctuary, and should be treated as such. Whether you’re buying your first home or seeking a dream retirement residence, the experience should be nothing less than seamless. As a 20 year resident, a family man, and a homeowner, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live — it’s where you make long-lasting memories.
While most traditional agents view real estate as strictly sales and transactional, I firmly believe that these moments are solely based on fostering long lasting relationships rooted in trust. (Don't mean to sound too clingy.) After going through a less than desirable home buying experience myself, I made it
my goal to not only prevent the same from happening to other first time buyers, but to change the stigma completely when it comes to buying or selling homes with an agent.
My goal is to help my clients navigate the often challenging waters of the home buying and selling process by representing them to to the fullest extent, with only their best intentions at heart. The only acceptable end result for me is a wonderful experience.
I've cultivated deep rooted relationships within our community over the past 20 years. Having a 15 year career background in customer support, public service, security, and logistics has ultimately led me to real estate, and I couldn't enjoy it more. I look forward to serving you along your real estate journey.
When I’m not busy helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife Teresa. We're expecting our first child in April and we couldn't be more excited! I also enjoy riding my motorcycle, mixing up a mean cocktail, comic books, an occasional cigar, and woodworking in my spare time (the little I have!).
